Honestly, watching "Where There is Darkness" was devastating. My eyes were tearing up most of the time. I have never personally known Father Rene Robert, but with the testimonials given by those who have known and loved him attest to his character as a wonderful person and as a loving servant of God. I appreciate the unbiased approach of this documentary. It enlightened me of the cause of darkness in his killer Steven Murray. He was given a chance to reveal his story and what caused him to be the monster that he is. I know wherever Father Rene may be, he has forgiven Steven Murray and wanted us to pray for his soul.
